In a rainy afternoon in Florence, Italy, the project partners organised a co-design workshop. A group of users of the current greenApes app, were engaged in the design process of ApesMobility, the GOEASY pilot app which will be launched in Turin. ApesMobility will enable city stakeholders (e.g. mobility providers, public authorities) to reward citizens for sustainable mobility actions, in alignment with the city’s expectation and strategies. ApesMobility will also provide anonymous and privacy-friendly data to local decision makers.
The goal of the focus group was to verify with end users their interest and expectations around features that could be implemented, in relation to user-case scenarios (according to the user-centred design process). After a nice session in a friendly atmosphere participants were awarded with a colourful greenApes Mug for their precious contribution.
Based on the given acceptance by users and further evaluation of the discussion, scenarios were prioritized for the following developing phase of the project.
